Nerva sells online courses only. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.

How you receive your course

• Access is delivered online, to the Nerva account you used to enrol or pay.
• Free courses appear immediately under My learning after you enrol.
• Paid courses appear under My learning as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds and always within 30 minutes.
• We also send a confirmation to your registered email address.

How long you have access

The access period is shown on each course page before you enrol or pay (for example “Access until 31 March 2027”) and on your confirmation. You can study on any supported phone, tablet or computer during that period.

If you don't receive access

If your payment succeeded but the course isn't in My learning within 30 minutes, email support@nervalearning.com with your payment reference. We'll fix your access or refund you in full. See our Refunds & cancellations policy.
