Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Nerva (https://nervalearning.com), operated by Nerva Learning (“we”, “us”), run by [Owner's full legal name], [Registered address, Kerala, India].

1. Who can use Nerva

Nerva provides recorded lessons and study materials for school students. If you are under 18, you may use Nerva only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the service.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that email secure.
  • Your account is for you alone. Sharing your account or course access with others is not allowed.
  • To protect paid content we may limit the number of devices signed in at once or playing video at the same time, and may review unusual activity. We will not lock out a legitimate student without a review by our team.
  • Give accurate details. You can update them any time from your account page.

3. Courses and access

  • Each course page states what it includes, its price (which may be free) and how long you can access it. The terms shown when you enrol or buy are the terms that apply to you, even if we later change the course page.
  • We may update lessons to keep them accurate. We will not remove your access to a course before its stated end date, except as described in these terms.
  • Course progress shows content you have completed. It is not a certificate or a measure of exam results.

4. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store your card or bank details. Access is granted only after the payment is confirmed. See our Refunds & cancellations policy.

5. Content and acceptable use

  • All course videos, notes and materials belong to us or our teachers and are licensed to you for personal study only.
  • You must not record, download (unless a download is offered), copy, share, resell or publish course content.
  • You must not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

6. Suspension

If we reasonably believe an account breaks these terms (for example, by sharing paid content), we may suspend it after review. Contact us if you think this happened by mistake and we will look into it.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep Nerva accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kerala, India have jurisdiction.
